I have been in Construction and property Maintenance for over 20 years, using this experience to find defects and potential future issues.
Unlike some other inspectors I walk the roof (weather pending) to have a hands on in deep inspection of the roof, asphalt, flashings, past repairs and protrusions.
Property inspections do not need to be for just purchasing or change of occupancy it can also be a useful tool for preventative maintenance on your property.
One of the services we provide is a pre, intermediate and post tenancy inspection which can be an invaluable tool for both the tenant and landlord alike.
We also offer pool inspections and can also offer advice and over see the construction of them.
